17th, Saturday:
I woke up at 830 and went to misaal publisher at 930. I worked there till 230. After coming back, i had lunch. I had rest 4-7. At 8, i went to emergency. I did an appendectomy, assisted a laparotomy with dr Atif and Shafiq sab (it was a firearm abdomen with ileal injury, did end to end anastomosis after resection). Then i assisted another laparotomy with dr atif and naeemullah sab (it was 4th day after hystrectomy, presented with peritonitis, found to be ileal injury, did loop ileostomy, pt expired on table after we finished laparotomy due to some problem with anesthesia). I didnt sleep whole night.
18th, Sunday:
On the way back i brought halwa puri, naan chanay and yogurt. After breakfast i went to sleep at 930. At 2, i got up, usama was here to get his PC. He left at 3. I did lunch and went to get the cutting done. At 6, i went to saleem to give him another 23,000 (total is 38,000/- now). The i went to bazar with sufi. I bought a pant (black) and a shirt (blue), sufi bought 2 pants and a shirt. We came back at 9. After dinner and nmaz, i pressed few dresses, watched a drama and went to sleep.
19th, Monday:
i got up at 830 and reached ward at 910. After the round and tea, i was free at 12. I came back at 1230 and went to TUF at 1. After the lecture, i stayed with jawad akram for half an hour. Then i checked my mail at abbu's office. I reached back home at 250. After having lunch i went to sleep at 330 and got up at 7. After dinner and nmaz i prepared the lecture and went to sleep at 1
20th, Tuesday:
I got up at 630. After fajar, i went to TUF at 715 for the lecture. I came back at 840. After breakfast i went to hospital at 915. It was my postop, so i stayed in the ward till 2. After coming back, i had lunch and said nmaz. Today net was working after so many days, so i worked online. At 630 i went to ward and did round. At 8, i went with dr atif. We visited rex city, mujahid hospital and then attended the function at chanab club. I came back at 1130. At that time i arranged the lecture and went to sleep at 1
