i got up at 840! While i was getting ready, lodhi sab asked me to come to misaal publishers at ameen pur bazar. From there, i came back at 12 and went to TUF at 1230. I took the first lecture today!! I was back at 230. After lunch and nmaz i got online....

14th Feb, Wednesday:
I got up at 830 and reached ward at 910. After round and tea, iwent to emergency at 1230. After the lunch i supervised first appendectomy of dr aftab. At 8 me atif, zafar, aftab, behzad and zulfiqar (MZ) went to AFC jinnah colony and had bugers and pepsi sponsored by aftab. I was back at 930. Then i said namaz. At 10, sufian’s guests came! They left at 11. It was adnan bhai b’ day and i wished him via 123greetings after which i went to sleep

13th Feb, Tuesday:
I was awake at 820 and i reached ward at 910. It was my postop day. I did round and after that i went to CPSP to get workshop form. I came back home at 2. After lunch and nmaz i had some rest. Then i connected to the internet. After maghrib i went to ward and stayed there till 8. Afte rcoming back i had dinner and said namaz before going to bed

12th Feb, Monday:
i tried to get up at 8 but couldnt so, i went to sleep again and got up at 12. At that time i had breakfast and then got online. I had lunch at 3. In the evening i performed computer cleaning and maitenance tasks. At 9, i had dinner and coffee.

11th Feb, Sunday:
It was special sunday. I got up at 815 and reached emergency at 930. I assisted a laparotomy with dr sumera and lodhi sb (it was a child who fell on gate gril, we had to do nephrectomy and repaired a rent in diaphragm and removed the foreign body). At night, i did a laparotomy with dr atif and dr saira (it was the first laparotomy that i opened when nobody was there with me. It was a tuberculous kakoon abdomen, we did resection and exteriorization of ilium, i did it all!!) At 1am i went with dr akram and dd atif to pizza hut and we had a large pizza sponsored by dr akram. I was back home at 230 and went to sleep at 3

10th Feb, Saturday:
today i was awake at 815 and reached ward at 920. It was raining. After the round i stayed in ward as health minister was expected to visit. I stayed there till 5, but he didnt come to our ward. After coming back i checked my mail. Then i had rest 7-9. At 930 i went to emergency and had dinner there (hosted by atif jadawi). I came back at 12 to have rest.

9th, Friday:
I woke up at 810 and reached OT at 845. I assisted an ileostomy closure with muhammad ali sab, then i removed a sebaceous cyst. On the way back, i went to muhammad ali sab to see his pc. I was back at 1245. After juma and lunch, i went to muhammad ali sab again and installed new windows there. I came back at 530. After that i watched cricket match (abandoned in the end due to rain). During that i fell asleep

i got up at 820 and reached ward at 910. At 1045, i left the ward and took ami to aziz fatima to see dr azam aslam sab. We were back at 12. Then i went to book fair to get farquharson and katzung. After lunch i got online for a while. At 4 i went to bazar to do grocery with ami. We were back at 7 after nmaz and dinner, i went to bed early

7th Feb, Wednesday:
i got up at 810 and reached ward at 9. At 10 i went to emergency. I did a damn bad ganglion, supervised an appendectomy to zulfiqar, one I&D to behzad and one to atif jadawi. I was back at 830. After dinner and namaz, i watched 2nd ODI Pak vs SA, pak won.

6th Feb, Tuesday:
I got up at 815 and reched ward at 910. I stayed there till 2 as i was on postop duty. At 2, i went with dr atif and azeem to book fair and bought CDs. Then i had lunch with azeem and farhan at king food. After coming back, i spent some time online. After maghrib i went with sufi to bazar and we bought a lock and tube lights and energy savers. We were back at 8. After dinner and nmaz we chatted to baji

5th Feb, Monday:
it was a holiday due to kashmir day. I got up at 10. After breakfast i worked on computer. We had lunch at 2, After that i had a shower. After having tea, i went to saleem at 345. We said asar prayer and went to rex city. There, i got usama’s hard disk fixed and bought data cables. Then we went to D ground to see shoes for saleem. I came back at 730. After dinner and prayer, i installed windows on usamsa’s pc. Then i pressed few dresses and had coffee

4th Feb, Sunday:
On the way back, i got yogurt and naan and had breakfast after reaching home. I had rest 8-1. After getting up, i had lunch and watched cricket after that. At the same time, i got online. AT 5 i went to see saleem and stayed with him till 730. After soming back, i said namaz, and chatted to baji. We had dinner at 10.

i woke up at 815 and reached ward at 910. After round and tea, i went to OPD at 1230. At 145, i returned home. After lunch and nmaz i had rest 3-630. After dinner and nmaz i went to emergency at 810. I did an appendecectomy with atif jadawi (had to call dr atif, it was a real tough one), then a suprapubic catherization, supervised a sebaceous cyst to behzad, an appendectomy with dr atif, a ray amputation, chest intubation and a stump formation. I left for home after fajar at 640 (didnt sleep whole night)

I assisted a debribement to dilawaiz, and then a debribement with muhammad ali sab and then an AKA with muhammad ali sab. I was back at 1230. After juma and lunch, is pent some time online; during this i sent the profile to japan embassy for MEXT journal (they asked for it on phone today). After maghrib i went out, first i droppped abbu at bilal masjid and then took ami to aapa majey wali. AFter coming back, we had dinner. Then i watched 20 20 match, pak vs SA, SA won.

I got up at 8120 and reached ward at 910. After the round and tea, me n dr atif passed a CVP before coming back home. I went to alnoor at 6 and installed windows, drivers and software at lodhi sab’s laptop. I came at 930 and after nmaz and dinner, went to bed.
