Saturday:
i got up at 845 and reached ward at 920. After the round and tea, i went to OPD at 12. I was free at 230. After getting back home, i had lunch. I had rest 330 to 730. After esha, i went to emergency at 815. I supervised an appendectomy to zulfiqar ZA, a suprapubic to behzad and a diabetic carbuncle to behzad. Today we had dinner sponsered by zulfiqar MZ. I had rest 330-630. I was free at 730
